The Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM), located in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, was established in 2008 as a non-profit organization. The college is affiliated with BPUT. The courses which GITAM offers has received approval from the All India Council for Technical Education. Vidya Bikash Educational Trust sponsors the institute dedicated to providing technical education to the aspirants. GITAM offers admission to the B Tech in various streams. Admission will be provided based on the entrance exam marks.

Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management B.Tech Admission

  1. Gandhi Institute of Technology & Management provides a four-year B.Tech degree program with seven specializations in seven different areas of study. The institute also provides B.Tech Lateral Entry as an additional service.
  2. In accordance with AICTE regulations, the minimum eligibility requirements for admission to B. Tech are a 10+2 or equivalent exam and a combined score of 45 percent in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry, as well as Biology, Biotechnology, Information Technology, Statistics, Electronics, Geology, and Computer Science.
  3. Candidates for Lateral Entry must have completed a Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 45 percent marks to be considered. Admission to B.Tech and B.Tech Lateral Entry programs is determined by the JEE Main and OJEE exams, followed by counselling sessions.
  4. Also, GITAM reserves specific seats for B Tech Management Quota admission.
