3 Year L.L.B :

1. The Course leading to a bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.,) is 3 years duration. LL.B., Degree is awarded to students who passed all the subjects successfully.
2. Teaching in the college will be undertaken by the Bar Council of India's regulations and the syllabus prescribed by Karnataka State Law University and the college affiliated to Karnataka State Law University.

Admissions to 3 years L.L.B., Course

A candidate who possesses a Degree of any recognized University with 45% marks in aggregate of all the three years of the degree examination is eligible for admission to 3 years LLB Course. Further, the students who have obtained Bachelor's degree through Open University or correspondence course system are also eligible for admission to 3 years LL.B Course. Still, candidates who possess a single sitting Bachelor's degree are not eligible for admission to 3 years LLB Course. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category may be given a relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks required for admission to 3 years LLB Course, i.e., 40%.

RULES FOR ADMISSION to 3-year L.L.B., Course

A student with a degree equivalent of 10+2+3 Standard qualification with minimum marks of 45% [In case of SC and STs] eligible for applying for L.L.B., Course.
Original Marks card and other certificates should be produced at the time of Admission.
The Applicant should retain a sufficient number of xerox copies of certificates for verification and another purpose. Original Mark cards will be sent to the University for Approval of admission and will be returned only after verification and approval of admission by the university.
The attested copies of the following certificates should be attached to the Applications for admission to the college.
   • S.S.L.C. Marks Card (as proof of Birth)
   • P.U.C./XII Marks card
   • Transfer Certificate
   • Caste certificate (by SC/ ST applicants only)
   • Character certificate from the institution last studied and
   • Migration Certificate.

5 Year Integrated B.A. L.L.B.,

1. The Course leading to a Bachelors's Degree in Law (LL.B.) is Five years duration. LL.B., Degree is awarded to those students who complete the five-year course.

2. Teaching in the college will be undertaken by the Bar Council of India's regulations. The college affiliated with Karnataka State Law University from the current academic year-2009 follows its syllabus.

Admissions to 5 Year B.A. L.L.B., Course
Candidates seeking admission to the Law Course should have passed an examination of PUC / 10 + 2 course of schooling recognized by the educational authorities of the Central or the State Government or possess such academic qualifications which are considered equivalent to such PUC / 10 + 2 courses by the Bar Council of India and should have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the final examination of the said program. Selection for admission to the 5 Year Law course is made based on marks secured by the candidate in the 10 + 2 examination.

The LLB is a 3-year program. To be eligible for admissions, applicants must have passed 10+2 board exams and a graduation degree from a recognized university with a minimum mark of 45%.

The basic eligibility requirement for the LLB program is to have completed 10+2+3 in any discipline from a recognized University. The minimum percentage required is 45% for general candidates, and 5% less is considered for SC/ST candidates.
