LNCT University is established in Bhopal, MP. The University offers BAMS program for the duration of 5.5 years at UG level. The academic training is given for 4.5 years and the last 1 year is 4 for compulsory rotating internship. This program is approved by NCISM and is known to follow revised latest syllabus as specified by regulatory body. The syllabus is a good blend of Ayurvedic principles and modern medical sciences. Eligibility Criteria for Ayurveda course in Madhya Pradesh

It is mandatory for the BAMS aspirants to have met minimum eligibility criteria such as,

  • It is necessary for the applicants must have completed their board exams such as 10th and 12th in science stream with min of 50 to 60% in core subjects. The mandatory subjects are PCB and English language as one of the main subjects.
  • There is no maximum age limit to join BAMS programs, however, the minimum age criteria is to 17 years.
  • The common selection criteria in MP, students must have appeared for NEET UG and secured valid scores/ rank. The seat allocation will depend on state counselling results.

  • The MP AYUSH NEET counselling process includes basic steps like online registration, document verification, choice filling and seat allotment rounds.
  • Seat allotment for BAMS shall depend on factors like NEET UG rank, availability of seats, category and reservation rules if applicable.
  • Students will get the confirmation based on merit and document verification. Later they must report to the college and pay the admission fees.
  • Students can apply for management quota seats if they haven’t secured minimum eligibility and NEET scores. Here the course fees will be higher than the general fees.
