TAPMI Manipal MBA Eligibility Criteria 2024

• Applicants must have a valid CAT 2023, XAT 2024, GMAT (January 1, 2019–January 31, 2024), or NMAT 2023 score in addition to a graduate degree from an accredited university with at least 50% of the possible points.
• Students in their last year may also apply. However, if they graduate with less than 50%, their admission will be cancelled.

TAPMI MBA Selection Process 2024 (Stage I Shortlisting)

Candidates will be selected in the end based on a variety of factors, including their success on entrance exams (CAT, XAT, GMAT, and NMAT), academic standing during their 10th, 12th, and graduation years, group discussions, spontaneous speaking, personal interviews, and consideration of gender diversity and extracurricular activities.

Shortlisting Stage II - GD/PI

• Group Discussion: Assesses the candidate's capacity to contribute and enhance group discussions. Additionally, GD assesses an applicant's proficiency in communication, collaboration, assertiveness, confidence, problem-solving, and persuasion.
• Extempore: On-the-spot topics and two to three minutes for speaking will be provided to candidates. Pronunciation, coherence, presence of mind, and other abilities are assessed.
• Personal Interview: The applicant's general attitude and suitability for management education, including elements like self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, leadership, and communication, are assessed by TAPMI during the in-person interview.

TAPMI 2024 Counseling

It doesn't hold entrance exams to grant admission to MBA programs. XAT, CAT, GMAT, and MAT scores are used to determine whether individuals make the shortlist. Candidates who have been shortlisted must show up for the written ability exam and the personal interview (PI) rounds. Those who are chosen to take written ability exams will be notified via email. The final selection depends on the applicant's performance and written exam and in-person interview scores.
