Step 1: Visit the website: Visit the official web portal of OJEE. You must ensure that you have a steady internet connection and access to the desktop for a smooth registration process.
Step 2: Access the registration link: On the site, look for the link that says 'Special OJEE Registration'. Click on the link and proceed to the application portal.
Step 3: Start fresh registration: If you're applying for the first time, click on the 'Fresh candidate registration. This will take you to a new page and add all the required details.
Step 4: Enter basic information: On the registration form, fill in all the personal details, such as your name, DOB, mobile number and other required feels. You will also need to create a secure passport that will be used for future logins.
Step 5: Submit and review the application ID : Once all the details are filled in incorrectly, click on the submit button. After successful submission, the system will generate a unique application ID. It will be sent to your registered ID-email and mobile number.
Step 6: Login and complete the application form: Use the application ID and the password you created to log into the web portal. Fill in the academic details, select your preferred courses and upload the required documents, such as your photo and signature.

OJEE 2025 counselling is expected to start the Last week of July 2025. Once the results are proclaimed, the counselling process will start. During counselling, candidates have to upload the required documents and pay the part-admission fee online to confirm their seats. Only after document verification and payment of the fee will newly allotted candidates be able to download their allotment letter. Seat allotment will depend on the candidate's OJEE rank and the preference submitted while filling out the application process. The OJEE Board will announce the final seat allotment after completing all counselling rounds.
