The Maharashtra state government has allowed the MHT CET applicants to update the Class 12 information post declaration on results.
The government of Maharashtra state has been permitted the class 12 candidates which have applied for the MHT CET can update the class 12th information post declaration of the Class 12 results. The application form for the MHT CET and fee will have to be submitted within the due date. However the application from for the MHT CET was to be concluded within 7th of March 2020 but due to corona virus pandemic creating lockdown situation in the nation the dates are been extended. The MHT CET conducting authorities has opened online portal to make the application fee payment again.
Reason for extending the deadline
I case any candidate’s applied for the MHT CET 2020 from 7th of January 2020 to 7th of March 2020 the application form fee would remain pending as due to the sudden declaration of the nationwide lockdown. Hence the government of Maharashtra state has opened the online portal for those students who have already submitted their application forms to make the online payment for the MHT CET 2020 entrance examination. This option was enabled by the authorities due to the request made by the applicants.
After considering the requests made by the MHT CET applicants, the institute has enables this permission to make the application form payment and confirm their submission for the upcoming entrance examination. The board has opened this online portal to ease the registration process for the MHT CET 2020 applicants at the time of crisis.
The notification declared by the MHT CET council reads “The candidates should visit mhtcet2020.mahaonline.gov.in portal and make the final payment for MHT CET 2020 online application form by using their own login ID and password before 11.59 pm on May 23." The authorities also mentioned to confirm this deadline as final one, and there will be no further extensions of the deadlines. So the candidates will have to make sure of completion the registration process within the allotted due dates.
About HSC information updation, the government of Maharashtra state has announced a leisure for the updation. Candidates can update their HSC score, post declaration of the results. This year the MHT CET will be conducted by Maharashtra state common entrance test cell conducts MHT CET on the behalf of Directorate of Technical Education. This is one of the crucial entrance examination which is been conducted to provided admission in various educational institute in the state for the course in the fields of engineering, agriculture and pharmacy.
The authorities also released the notification stating “The candidates should visit mhtcet2020.mahaonline.gov.in and fill the information of their HSC Board by selecting the dropdown after clicking the TAB entitled “Details of HSC Board” by using own login id and password before 11:59 pm on May 23."
