IRMASAT is a University level entrance exam conducted by the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) to get admissions for Postgraduate level courses in rural development. All the willing candidates can apply for the test by visiting the institute's official website. Previously, the tentative final date to apply was December 31st 2020. But according to the latest update given by the institute, the last date to apply for the exam has been extended till the 20th of January 2021.
As per the schedule, the exam and the GD and PI will be conducted from 15th of Feb to 06th of March 2021 with a time duration of 80 mins. There are 200 questions that the candidate needs to attempt, which is divided into four individual sections.
Applicants should follow the following steps to register for IRMASAT 2021
Step 1: candidates will have to look for the official website of IRMA and click on “new registration”
Step 2: candidates can register using their personal email id and password initially, and later, they can create alternative login credentials.
Step 3: once the registration is done, candidates can start filling out the application form by providing personal and academic details.
Step 4: Next step is to carefully upload the scanned documents, certificates and signatures in the demanded format and file size.
Step 5: The application process is completed only when the payment has been made. This can be done online via debit/credit card or Net banking. The application fees may differ depending on the category of the candidates.
Application fees for the General category are INR 1500/-, SC/ST is INR 750/- and for any foreign candidates, it is INR 2250/-. Also, the reservation quota for IRMA students’ are- 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST, 27% for NC-OBC candidates and 3% for physically challenged candidates
