CLAT 2022: Revised Exam Dates Announced

A Consortium of NLUs has announced the revised CLAT 2022 Exam Dates. As per the schedule, the CLAT 2022 exam will be conducted on 19^th June 2022. For the first time, NLU has decided to conduct CLAT 2022 and 2023 sessions in the same year. Whereas CLAT 2023 has been scheduled to be conducted on 18^th December 2022. The mode of examination is offline. CLAT is a gateway for securing admission into law courses offered by 22 NLUs in India. Besides NLUs, other private and self-financed law colleges consider CLAT scores for offering admission.

The CLAT exam 2022 was scheduled to be held on 8^th May 2022. Now, CLAT 2022 is Postponed to June Month. For the same, the application process is ongoing. Applicants can fill out the CLAT 2022 Application Forms by visiting the official website.(@ consortiumofnlus.ac.in) CLAT Registration 2022 Last Date is 9^th May 2022.

Applicants should ensure the CLAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria before proceeding to register. CLAT will be conducted for both UG and PG Law courses. Students applying for CLAT UG shall have passed in 10+2 with a least of 45% marks. To appear for CLAT PG, applicants must hold a bachelor's degree LLB with a least 50% marks.

Once the CLAT application process concludes, all the registered applicants can access the CLAT 2022 Admit Card. Usually, the consortium will release the admit cards 15 days before the exam date. The authority has not announced the CLAT 2022 Admit Card Release date. Perhaps, admit Card will be available from the last week of May 2022. Once the exam concludes,  NLU will announce the CLAT Results 2022 by 1^st week of July 2022.

Know about CLAT 2022 Exam Pattern

Before beginning CLAT exam preparation, students must know CLAT 2022 Exam Pattern. It helps in knowing the marking scheme, duration, type of questions, etc. The exam pattern differs for UG and PG Law Programs.

• As per CLAT UG Exam Pattern 2022, there will be 150 MCQ types of questions. That needs to be solved within the time duration of 2 hours.
• As per CLAT PG Exam Pattern 2022, the question paper comprises 120 MCQ questions. The duration of the exam is 2 hours.
• Both the CLAT UG and PG will be held on in online mode. According to the CLAT Marking Scheme, 1 mark will be given for the correct answer. And, for each wrong answer, 0.25 Negative Marking.
