AP POLYCET 2020: Extended Final Phase Counselling Schedule Commenced

State Board of Technical Education & Training, Andhra Pradesh has been released the official notification pertaining the schedule for AP POLYCET 2020 extended final phase counselling session. As per the schedule, final phase of AP POLYCET counselling will begin from 27th November 2020.Candidates from 1st rank to last rank, who have not participated in earlier counselling phases can take part in final phase.

Eligible candidates can exercise their options for the left over & consequential vacancies which may arise in the seat allotment process. In order to exercise the options candidates required to use their registered login ID and password which was generated during AP POLYCET 2020 application/registration process

According to the notified schedule, candidates required to pay the AP POLYCET final phase counselling processing fees between 27th to 29th November 2020.Upon successful payment, candidates can proceed for the Document Verification Round & Choice Exercising Round which will be conducted between 28th to 29th November 2020.It is advisable for the candidates to verify their certificates either in online (@appolycet.nic.in.) or offline at the designated help centre. Only verified candidates can proceed for choice exercising round.

AP POLYCET final phase seat allotment result will be declared on 1st December 2020 after 6:00 PM. Candidates can check out the seat allotment result by logging to official website in online mode. After the conclusion of seat allotment process, seat allotted candidates must report to allotted college with in a prescribed date & time and must complete other admission formalities.

• Candidates who have secured seat, but not satisfied with the college which has been allotted to them during earlier counselling sessions.
• Candidates who got their documents/certifications verified, but not secured seats in any of the counselling sessions
• Candidates who have not been exercised their options so far, but got their documents verified in a stipulated date & time.
• For those candidates, seat has been allotted also reported to the allotted institute, but if they are looking for better option or seat upgradation.
• Candidates who have reported to the allotted college and then cancelled the previous allotment are also eligible.
