Andhra Pradesh Directorate of Public Health and Family Welfare (DPHFW) invited online application forms for Civil Surgeon Vacancy in AP DPHFW Recruitment 2020.Candidates who have possessed bachelor’s degree in MBBS and who have completed their internship are eligible to apply for the available vacancies. AP DPHFW Recruitment 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: In order to get qualify for AP DPHFW Civil Assistant Surgeon recruitment 2020, candidates must have possessed bachelor’s degree MBBS Program along with internship for 1 year from any MCI recognized institute and should have registered with Andhra Pradesh State Medical council. Candidates must secure minimum 75% aggregate score

Age Limit: Applicants who are applying for the AP DPHFW Recruitment 2020 should be with in the age limit of 42 years (Upper age limit) according to the official notification. However, age relaxation is provided for the candidates who belongs to reserved category. For SC/ST 5 years of relaxation, for ex-serviceman 3 years and for PWD 10 years of age relaxation is permitted.

Step 2: Page will direct to the online application portal, then candidates need to register themselves by providing the required details

Step 3: after registration New log in ID and Password will be created, by using those credentials candidates need to log in to fill the application form for AP DPHFW Recruitment.

Step 4: Proceed to fill up all the required details like Personal information, contact information, educational information and other relevant information which has mentioned in the application form

Step 5: After filling the form, candidates are required to upload the scanned image of photo with signature along with the educational documents

Step 6: Then make the payment of AP DPHFW Recruitment 2020 application fees via online mode by using any of the payment method like Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card
