School of Petroleum Management

School of Petroleum Management (SPM) was started by Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute (GERMI) in the year 2007. It is one of the top colleges in the entire country for providing education in management of natural resources.

• The vision of the college is to become globally famous in providing management education to the students of all the sectors of the society.
• The courses are designed in such a way it fulfills the social obligations by producing environmentally efficient machines.
• The objective is to become the hub of research activities in order to help the students improve their innovative and creativity skills.

The management courses help the students to understand the natural resources available and the proper efficient use for betterment of the society.

Placement-

• The placement cell of the college strives hard every year in order to bring huge number of companies to the campus for hiring the students.
• The students are provided with summer internships, seminars, on camps and off campus placement and research projects to help them improve their skills.

Hostel fee-

• The rooms of the hostel is ventilated and well furnished with all the basic facilities to fulfill the needs of the students.
• The canteen provides tasty and hygienic food as per the demand of the students at a reasonable rate.
• The fee for the hostel and canteen is feasible by the students of rural and tribal sectors of the society.

Course details-

School of Petroleum Management Master of Business Administration (MBA) Course-

The candidate in order to obtain admissions in SPM for MBA courses have score good rank as per the category cutoff in the CAT/XAT/NMAT exam which is conducted every year. The candidate must have Bachelor’s degree from any field from recognized university with 50% score.

MBA Specialization-

School of Petroleum Management Post Graduate Diploma in Petroleum Management (PGDPM-X) Course-

The candidate must have Bachelor’s degree from recognized university with 50% minimum aggregate and must have 3 years of work experience in infrastructure/energy/oil & gas service providers/energy consulting/related sectors etc.

School of Petroleum Management Post Graduate Diploma in General Management (PGDGM-X) Course-

The candidate must have graduate degree from any recognized university with 50% score for general and 45% for reserved category. The students must have 3 years of minimum work experience in any industrial sector after undergraduate education
