Yes. Candidates from outside Jharkhand can apply through the 15 percent All India Quota via MCC counselling. Jharkhand domicile is required only for the 85 percent state quota seats.
The campus is spread across an area of 216 acres, the institute constitutes of 33 departments also there are 2 types of investigation facilities offered too. Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences admission process is pretty strict and there are no management quota candidates shall meet the NEET cut-off to get seat allotted for this college. RIMS fee structure of MBBS shall be paid in yearly basis or semester wise. When compared to other govt. colleges the fee structure of MBBS here is quite more however it is still feasible and affordable. Cut-off of MBBS is 1523-3246, if we have the score ranging between this seat allotments can be done.
I am a MBBS student from this college right now am in final year. Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences is one of the good college in Ranchi and I like to say college offers good academic facilities like Medical laboratories with proper equipment’s and there is library which contains good collection of books and rooms are well maintained with projectors. College offers good hostel accommodation with required amenities. Teaching faculties are actually good and they offer us best teaching and practical training and there will be 1 year internship mandatory. Overall I can say it is best college for pursuing medical course.
