Periyar Maniammai University Distance Admission criteria

• MBA requires students to clear a bachelor's degree with aggregate marks of 50% from a recognized University. Selection will be based on the entrance exam.
• BBA, BA, and B.Com eligibility criteria are that student must clear their 10+2 examination with valid marks from a recognized board.

The University offers BBA courses at the undergraduate level. The total intake of students in BBA courses is approximately 30 students per year. The duration of this course is 3 years. The basic eligibility mandatory for admission is that the candidate must have completed class 12th or equivalent in any discipline with an aggregate mark of 50%. The BBA course fee at the University is INR 22,500 for the 1st year and INR 20,000 for the 2nd and 3rd years. In addition, an admission fee of approximately INR 10,000 is taken at the time of admission.

B. Com at Periyar Maniammai Institute of Science and Technology Distance Learning

The University offers B. Com and B. Com [Hons] Courses at the graduation level, which is 3 years course. The total intake of students into B. Com is 180 students every year, and for B. Com [Hons] is 60 students every year. Basic eligibility is mandatory for admission into B. Com or B. Com [Hons] is that the candidate must have completed 12th or equivalent with Mathematics, Business Mathematics or Accountancy as one of the subjects with at least 50% aggregate marks or must have passed the 10+3 Diploma examination.

B. tech is 4 years course and the total intake of students into B.Tech program is around 60 students per year. The institution offers B. tech Regular as well as Lateral entry into B.Tech course is also available. Basic eligibility mandatory for admission is that the candidate must have completed 10+2 with physics, chemistry and Mathematics as the compulsory subject with at least 50% aggregate marks.
