J. D. C. Bytco Institute of Management Studies & Research (IMSR), Nashik, is a private institute established under the guidance of the Gokhale Education Society in the year 1968. The institute was found by Sir Dr. m. S. Gosavi who is a visionary. The institute provides MBA with several specializations and a Ph.D. program in Management with affiliation to SPPU, Pune, and approval from AICTE, New Delhi. IMSR has been ISO 9001:2015 certified and accredited by NAAC with a ‘B’+’ grade. IMSR is the only Non-Govt. Management Institute has educated more than 4000 students with an MBA program in the society.

• IMSR Fees Structure for MBA is INR 90000/- p.a. which may vary depending on the aspects such as cut-off in the entrance exam for admissions.
• IMSR Hostel facility is provided inside the campus along with mess facility with annual fees of INR 50000/- to INR 55000/-
