Indian Institute of Business Studies and Research, abbreviated as IBSAR, is a multidisciplinary business school. It is affiliated with Mumbai University. IBSAR has two campuses - one at Navi Mumbai and the other at Karjat. The IBSAR Navi Mumbai campus was established in 2004 and is the main institution of the two campuses. IBSAR Mumbai Course Admission

Candidates who wish to apply for admission at IBSAR must meet the required eligibility criteria. 

• For admission into UG Courses such as BBA, BCA or B Com, the selection process is based entirely on the candidate's performance in group discussions and personal interviews organized by the institute.
• The selection procedure for admission into the PG courses is based on the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination, followed by group discussion and personal interviews.
• For admission into the IBSAR MBA courses, the selection procedure is based on the CAT/MAT/GMAT/XAT/ATMA (for MBA) exams
• For IBSAR 1-year MBA admission, the candidates must have work experience. The candidates are completely selected based on merit. The institute will then call the shortlisted candidates for group discussion and personal interviews.

How to apply for IBSAR Mumbai?

The application procedure at IBSAR is online as well as offline. The detailed steps to apply are mentioned below:

Offline Mode:

• The IBSAR Mumbai application form will be available on the institute's official website. Once the form is made available, visit the institute's official website and download the form.
• Fill up the form correctly with all the required details. The duly filled application form and a demand draft of INR 1000 drawn in favour of "IBSAR", payable at Mumbai, must be sent to the institute's address.
• The specific course and the appropriate mailing address have to be mentioned in the letter of request that the candidate is sending.

Online Mode

• Visit the official website of the institution.
• On the website's right side, look for the "Apply Online" tab. Click on it.
• The students are required to register themselves on the next window that appears.
• Once the registration is complete, students have to upload certain documents.
• Once the documents are submitted, the candidates must submit the application fee through the online payment gateway.

IBSAR Mumbai Facilities

IBSAR has an impressive infrastructure. The whole campus is loaded with all the basic facilities. The classrooms are spacious and air-conditioned. In addition, the classrooms are designed to be compact to ease the process of close interaction between students and faculty.

The classrooms are well furnished with furniture and fittings and are quite spacious, ventilated and well-lighted with modern AV tools, green boards, podiums, presentation aids etc.

The institute has access to a library that is very well-equipped. The library has 6000 books, and more than 100 journals and newspapers are subscribed. All the latest books in the library are brought from the USA, Europe and Canada. In addition, 4000 journals are made available via electronic mail for reference.
