"Master in Management Studies" is a two-year, full-time management program offered by JBIMS. The major areas of business and management are covered in the JBIMS Mumbai MMS with a strong emphasis on managerial and entrepreneurial skills. In addition to addressing various questions posed by management specialists, this program also focuses on decision-making from a management perspective.

The course lasts two years and is divided into four semesters. Students will be required to specialize in a field of their choice during the second year of their degree. The five specializations of the MMS program are Finance, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, and Systems.

JBIMS MMS Eligibility/Selection Criteria

  • In JBIMS Mumbai, MMS is open to anyone with a bachelor's degree and at least 50% of the marks (45% for reserved categories and PwD candidates from Maharashtra state).
  • JBIMS admission process for MMS is offered in the All-India Category and the Maharashtra State Category.
  • The MAH-CET Score is the sole criterion for the Maharashtra state category.
  • The CAT and CMAT scores are used for all India Category Admissions.
  • MAH-CET is an additional test that candidates must take with valid CAT and CMAT scores. The CAP, run by DTE Maharashtra, is open to candidates from both categories.
  • Final admission to the MMS will be finalized based on candidates' in-person assessments, including WAT, GD, and Personal Interviews.

How to apply for JBIMS MMS Admission?

For MMS candidates with non-MAH CET scores, they must use their respective entrance exam scores, such as CAT, CMAT, etc.; for MAH CET candidates, there is no need to fill out a separate application, the State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra will run the Centralized Admission Process for MMS admission to JBIMS.

The MHA CET candidate's application fee for JBIMS Admission is Rs. 900. Candidates in the All-India category pay Rs.1000 to Complete the application form.

Information About the Course Masters in Finance is a one-of-a-kind, two-year, full-time program that was started on the advice of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. The course is remarkably intended to shape 'Future Monetary Pioneers.' The structure of the classes is reminiscent of that of the London School of Economics.

The JBIMS Mumbai MSc program goes beyond teaching financial theories by utilizing the expertise of finance professors and industry professionals who create synergies between statistics, business strategy, and operations research.

JBIMS MSc  Eligibility/Selection Criteria

 Interested candidates will apply for M.Sc. admission through the Institute's portal. Candidates must have taken the MH-CET or CAT to be considered for admission. The admission process will be open for a predetermined time. First, candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the entrance test. Later, shortlisted candidates must appear for WAT, Personal Interviews, and Group Discussions.

 Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies MHRD Admission

A two-year, full-time management program in human resource development (MHRD) is offered by JBIMS Mumbai (MHRD). The two-year program is broken up into four semesters. There will be eight courses and two four-credit seminar papers each semester at MHRD. In addition, each student must participate in at least two workshops. The course has a total cost of INR 7 lakhs.

The program is intended for individuals who strongly desire to specialize in HRM. It focuses on training HR leaders who are partners with the business. In addition to HR courses, the program offers a comprehensive curriculum that includes several management-related courses. These courses are multidisciplinary and are relevant to strategic planning and decision-making. 

There are 30 seats for the MHRD program. In addition, there are 15 reserved seats for the General Category and 15 reserved seats for the Reserved Category. JBIMS Mumbai MHRD Cut off is 95 percentile.

JBIMS MHRD Eligibility/Selection Criteria:

  • Candidates must have a bachelor's degree (minimum three years) from a recognized university in any stream with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category students). '
  • Selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in written tests, GD, and Personal Interviews.

The admission process consists of:

  • 100 marks for the aptitude (WT)
  • 100 marks for the in-person assessment (IPA)
  • 40 marks for the group activity

In addition to the full-time MMS, JBIMS offers part-time MMS in four streams. The duration of the course is three years. Candidates wishing to apply for admission to the JBIMS Part Time MMS must have a minimum of two years of work experience after completing their bachelor's degree. In addition, eligible applicants must appear for the Mock Test administrated by JBIMS. Based on the performance in Mock Test, students will be shortlisted. Later they must appear for Group Discussions and Personal Interviews.

JBIMS does not offer an MBA program in their academics. The available programs are M.Sc., HRD, MMS, Ph.D., and MDP.
