Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership, shortly established as iFEEL. It was established in 2010. iFEEL is approved by UGC and AICTE. The IFEEL Lonavala campus has modern amenities such as air-conditioned classrooms and computer labs, conference and seminar halls, a WiFi-enabled campus, and hostels. It also features an in-house innovation lab, RAIN, where students can use product/service prototypes to encourage creativity and execution.

Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership courses include an MBA-equivalent PGDM program that the AICTE approves. 

North Eastern Illinois University (NEIU) has academic cooperation with iFEEL. Apart from this partnership, the Institute has created several programs to help students develop their personalities and general talents.

PGDM Admission at iFEEL

• iFEEL Lonavala admissions for PGDM are provided in a four-semester full-time program. 
• Two semesters are dedicated to general management studies, while the other two allow students to specialize in marketing, finance, HR, or operations. 
• Each domain, such as Digital Marketing and Social Web Analytics, Six Sigma-Green Belt, and Certified HR Audit Professional, is provided with a value-added certification. 
• In technical collaboration with IBM, the Institute has also included the fundamentals of Business Analytics in the iFEEL Lonavala PGDM program. It also has programming languages like R, Python, or SQL.
• Students must participate in various live projects as part of their academics.  
•  iFEEL Lonavala's admission in this course also includes a Summer Internship Program (SIP) and a Capstone Project (dissertation)
• iFEEL MBA/ PGDM fees are INR 8.87 lakhs as total fees. 

Eligibility Criteria of iFEEL-Lonavala, Pune

Students interested in enrolling in this Institute must meet the following iFEEL eligibility criteria for PGDM:

• Students must obtain 50% in a UG degree from any recognized university.
• Even the students writing the UG final year exams can apply for iFEEL. 

Selection Parameters of iFEEL-Lonavala, Pune

Students must meet the selection criteria to be considered for iFEEL Lonavala admission. It is compulsory to have valid scores from CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, MHCET, or GMAT. Following that, students must pass an online aptitude test held by the Institute, a written exam, and two rounds of interviews. If chosen, the student must pay a retention fee of Rs 60,000 within a certain time after getting the admission letter.

The iFEEL admission process is conducted online mode. Students will have to visit the iFEEL official website to check the step-by-step process to fill iFEEL application form: 

Step 1: Go to the iFEEL website's homepage and select the 'Application Form' option. 

Step 2: Fill in the required personal, academic, and professional information as directed on the screen. Upload your scanned photo and signature as well. 

Step 3: Scan and upload the necessary documents, then click "Submit" to complete the application form.

Step 4: Click on the iFEEL application form to download for your records.

iFEEL college placement cell offers an active training and placement unit to help students build a career path. It regularly holds mock interviews to prepare students for successful iFEEL Lonavala placements on campus. 

iFEEL welcomes top companies from a wide range of industries to the campus for the employment process at the end of each academic cycle. They organize a pre-placement meeting during which recruiters perform exams and GD to shortlist the best applicants.
