GVR & S College Of Engineering & Technology scholarships are provided based on merit cum means basis, they are provided scholarship of full amount. The parents will have to have an upper limit income of INR 1 Lakh to be eligible for the scholarship. Besides, being a resident of Andhra Pradesh and having submitted a valid income certificate from the mandal tahsildar.
