• Eligibility: Graduate with at least 50%, three years of work experience, and a letter of recommendation from an organization supervisor.
• Selection Criteria: The online application and letter of recommendation will be used to narrow down the candidates' choices. Candidates who have been shortlisted are required to participate in the Virtual Interview. An Admission Offer will be made to candidates who perform well.

• Shortlisted candidates require VI and VCC.

XIMB Ph.D. Admission

PhD in management studies is available in both full-time and part-time formats. Participants in this Program are expected to be ready for full-time research and teaching positions in and outside academia. XIMB PhD Eligibility & Selection Criteria

• A master's degree or equivalent in any field with a min of 60% marks is required for full-time Ph.D. candidates.
• Candidates for a part-time PhD must hold a Master's degree or its equivalent in any field with at least 60% marks and three years of work experience in executive or managerial positions, teaching, or research in an organization.
• Candidates must take the X-RAT, a Subject Test (if one is required), and a Presentation and PI.
