Offline Mode: The application form for the diploma and UG courses offered in the college is available in the admission office. The interested candidates can visit the campus to obtain the form and submit it within the required duration.

The B. Tech application form has to collected form the institute, since the application mode for the courses offered in Offline. I was selected for B. Tech Marine Engineering course through my score in IMU CET. IMU CET releases the application form in the April 1st week and the last date will be in the month of May and the entrance exam of IMU CET is conducted in 1st week of June of every year. Students can appear and get B. Tech admission in Vishwakarma Maritime Institute. Criteria that is set for taking B. Tech admission in Vishwakarma Maritime Institute is HSC with science stream and secured 50% marks aggregate.

At VMI, admission for B.Tech depends on the student's MHT CET or JEE Main Score performance. Candidates with merit in the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply for admission. The minimum eligibility criteria are a 10+2 pass with 50 percentiles.

Applicants can apply online or offline for their admissions to Diploma in Nautical Science at VMI who have ten board exams from the concerned state board. Selection of the candidates is made based on the qualifying exam merit. The duration of the course is for one year.

The institute has put up only the minimum eligibility required for B.Tech Marine Engineering that is class 12th passed with not less than 50% aggregate. The entrance exam or merit cut-off is not published anywhere also for further details students will have to contact the Vishwakarma Maritime Institute admission office.

To apply for Diploma in Nautical Science eligibility required is candidates need to have passed in 10+2 from a recognised board keeping PCM as main subjects having secured 60% and above marks. On basis of academic merit Vishwakarma Maritime Institute admissions to DNS will be given.

So, candidates should be XII passed with minimum 50% marks, diploma holders can also apply also candidates under certain circumstances might undergo medical check-up. Based up on all of these criteria candidates shall fill the application form and proceed with the Vishwakarma Maritime Institute admissions to B.Tech in marine engineering.

Hi,

  • Eligibility: 10+2 or HSC passed with PCM subjects/ B.Sc. with physics as subject studied individually in one of the year/ B.Tech or BE, IIT/
  • Age limit: less than 25 years.
  • Entrance exam is must for all to take admissions and selection in the end will be done based on the psychometric test, interview or written exam.
