B Tech Eligibility Requirements

B. Tech Eligibility Norms at TKRCET College are as follows- The minimum qualification that one requires to get admission to TKR College is: candidates have to clear their intermediate  (10 + 2)  Board Examination conducted by the Government of Telangana or by other Equivalent Board Examinations with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry as main subjects.

B Tech Selection Criteria

• The B Tech selection criteria at TKRCET depend on the performance in State level Entrance Exam, that is, TS EAMCET, which the Government of Telangana conducts.
• After qualifying in the entrance test, students must enroll in the EAMCET counseling procedure to get admission. “TKR College’s TS EAMCET Counselling Code is TKRC.”
• 70% of seats will be filled through EAMCET Merit. While 30% of seats are reserved for TKR College’s Management Quota and NRI.
• Diploma holders are accepted in the second year of B. Tech to the limit of 10% of intake based on merit in the ECET, following a parallel admission system.

TKR College M Tech Admission

The MTech degree is available in three streams for all in-house students who wish to continue pursuing any MTech degree from TKR College. Students who wish to secure M Tech admission at TKR College must satisfy the following eligibility requirements.

M Tech Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility Requirements for Admission to TKRCET College for master’s degree-

• For admission to the M Tech at TKR College, Candidates must have completed their bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline that is BE/B Tech from any AICTE-approved institution.
• Moreover, candidates must score above 55% as minimum eligibility at the UG level.
• In addition, candidates must have at least two years of work experience from a reputed firm. (Part-time work is not applicable)

M Tech Selection Criteria

• Admission to the M Tech at TKR College is based on GATE Score. However, when GATE qualifiers have not applied, entries will be given through PGECET Score.
• Admission to the Sponsored Category will be made through GATE Score.

TKR College Diploma Admission

Diploma courses at TKRCET are available for students that wish to pursue Diploma in several Engineering fields.  The duration of all the Diploma courses at TKRCET is three years. TKRC College has five major specializations in Diploma Program:

Diploma Eligibility Requirements

• The minimum qualification to be eligible for a Diploma course at TKRCET is to clear their intermediate  (10 + 2)  Board Examination conducted by the Government of Telangana. 

Selection Criteria for Diploma

• Admission to a Diploma course at TKRCET is based on a candidate’s TS POLYCET score.

• After qualifying for the entrance test, candidates must undergo a counseling session by the authority.
