MCA is a 2-year PG course for those who want to continue their higher studies in Computer Applications. The total intake of students for the MCA program is 60. The minimum criteria required is that the applicants must have finished a BCA degree from a recognized University with at least 50%. BPIBS offers 3 years, full-time Diploma program. The only basic admission criteria is to pass 10+2 board exams with an average of 45% marks. In the case of reserved candidates, 40% marks are considered. The Diploma program is provided in Modern Office Practice specialization. The selection criteria will depend on CET entrance exam scores.

The applications for BPIBS admission are accepted online and offline. The eligible candidates must apply for each of the interested courses separately. They must visit the official website of GGISPU. Below are the steps to be followed in online and offline modes.

Online application

• To apply online, students must visit the institute's official website and click the 'Admission' tab.
• The form must be submitted using a registered and permanent email ID and mobile number.
• They fill out the online application form using personal and educational details.
• It is necessary to upload scanned copies of docs for verification and valid submission. 

Offline application

• In the offline mode, applicants can download or obtain the application from the website directly.
• The form must be filled with relevant information as specified by the institute.
• Fill in the form, attach the necessary docs, and submit the form through post to the BPIBS address or submit directly.
