I’m student who is resident of Maharashtra and I had to write the MHT-CET. I also have to appear for counselling and this entire admission process is called CAP. So in that counselling we will have choice filling and choose colleges that we would want to choose. In that I got Shivaji University admission for the B.Tech through the CAP.
Admission into various courses in Shivaji University is offered via entrance examinations. Recently I completed BHMS from this college and I got admission through entrance examination. I appeared for NEET entrance exam and on the basis of score I got shortlisted for admission into BHMS course. It is compulsory to secure valid score as per the cut off marks in order to get shortlisted. In addition to this for admission it is also mandatory that candidate must have passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry, biology and English as the compulsory subject with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a university or board which is recognised. Fees structure for courses is feasible as is worth to pay.
Admission into UG courses like B.Tech , it is compulsory that candidate must have completed 10+2 with physics, chemistry, maths and English as the compulsory subject with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognised board. This is the basic eligibility which is mandatory for admission into UG courses. Selection for admissions is majorly made on the basis of score in entrance examinations. For B.Tech students can appear for MHT-CET or JEE Mains entrance examinations, which are conducted online every year. Valid score as per the cut off marks is mandatory to get shortlisted for admission. Cut off marks vary every year depending on the highest marks scored.
