To get eligible for admission to the RCVGIT's B.Tech program, students must first complete the eligibility requirements provided by the institute before enrolment. The following are the qualifications that must be met to be considered for eligibility:

• The candidate must have received a passing grade in their intermediate with at least 45% of the possible points.
• In addition, candidates must score a good rank in JEE Main entrance exam. And, the JEE Main rank must be equivalent or within the cutoff criteria defined by the college.

Candidates willing to apply for MBA admission at RCVGIT must qualify in any of the national level entrance exams or state level that is UPCET or CAT/MAT with an eligible score as per the cut off criteria. In addition, they shall have done their UG degree with a least 50% marks. While the annual intake for MBA is 60 seats.

• To apply online, applicants should go to the RCVGIT official website and click on the "Admission" link.
• Complete all fields, including academic information and the appropriate entrance exam score (UPCET/JEE Main CAT or MAT).
• Submit the completed application form together with the application fee using Net-Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
• At the time of counselling, shortlisted candidates will be contacted for document verification.

Offline Mode:

• You can get application forms by going to the institute's campus in person.
• The completed form, along with the required documentation, should be submitted to the admissions cell.
• Candidates who have been shortlisted will be notified of their interview dates through email or phone.
• After this stage, the candidates who have been chosen must pay their first fee instalment on schedule.
