Ranippettai Engineering College is located in Vellore, and it came into existence in 1999. The college was established under the aegis of Dr B R Ambedkar Educational Trust. The main objective of the college is to provide quality education at an affordable fees structure. AICTE approves the technical courses offered by REC. The college is affiliated with Anna University. REC Engineering College B Tech Admission
REC Engineering College offers admission to the B.E/B.TECH undergraduate degree. B.E/B TECH students can choose from five specializations. Each branch has a 60-person annual intake.

• TNEA Merit Rank will be used to determine BE/B Tech admission to REC College. The merit list for Anna University will be based on 10+12 grades.
• Students can apply for admission to the B Tech program if they have a minimum of 50 per cent in their 10+12 PCM topics.
• Students whose names appear on the merit list are eligible to attend TNEA Counselling and fill out their preferences.

REC Engineering College M Tech Admission

• At REC, the M Tech degree is offered in four core specialities. Computer science and engineering, as well as communication technology and management, are among the specializations available.
• Candidates with a grade point average of at least 50% are eligible to apply for M Tech at REC.
• In addition, they must pass the TANCET state-level admission exam, which requires students to apply for an entrance exam online. Finally, qualified students must attend TANCET Counseling after performing well in a test.
