RKGIT: Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology is one of the private engineering and management institutions furnished from the year 2000 in Ghaziabad at a prominent place in Uttar Pradesh. RKGIT offers engineering programs like B-Tech and M-Tech and B.Pharm and M.Pharm courses and management programs like MBA that predominantly focus on the career fields like Pharmacy, Technology, Management Administration, and other computer applications. RKGIT has gained its approval from all the educational committees like AICTE, NBA ad NAAC and by being affiliated to AKTU. This institution is funded by the Foundation of Raj Kumar Goel. The institution has been awarded for being one of the Best Engineering colleges in Ghaziabad, as stated by Big Brand Research Pvt Ltd. Other than this, the institution has also bagged the "National Employability Award" given by Aspiring minds.

The B-Tech disciplines offered by RKGIT have seven specializations, and for M-tech, there is one specialization. In the MBA program, there are six various options for the candidates to choose from. These programs are handled by all the professionals of more than 170+ faculties with good experience who can provide both theoretical and practical experiences for the students. This institute's admissions are possible by this institute. It also provides good placement opportunities for all the final year candidates as many companies come as recruiters for this college. The institute's highest package is 12 LPA, and on average, they offer 3-5 LPA.

RKGIT offers a scholarship system for candidates such as for-

  • Merit basis: Students who have scored in merit in the last qualifying exam will be eligible for claiming the scholarship.
  • Assistant Scholarship: RKGIT provides an assistant scholarship for the candidates of UP that will be given by the Public Welfare Department, claiming more than 50% scholarship. If there are more candidates in this category, then the amount will be equally distributed amongst the candidates' particular set.  
  • The scholarships for student-centric policies are Meritorious Award, Cash rewards for institute rankers, class toppers, financial support for weaker sections, and support. 
  • For B-Tech courses in RKGIT, they offer streams like Civil, Computer Science (Internet of Things, Data Science, AI & Machine Learning), Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Information Technology Mechanical Engineering, and the total seats is 678.
  • Candidates applying for the admissions must have cleared their board exams with a minimum percentage of 45 in all core subjects and compulsorily apply for the UPSEE examination to select merit students.
  • For M-Tech courses in RKGIT, they provide specialization in only one particular subject like Electronics and Communication Engineering. For that, the students must have completed their B-Tech program in any relevant subject with minimum scores in degree from any recognized institutions. They should also provide their GATE scores so that it will ease the process of selection.
  • For B. Pharm course in RKGIT also requires basic education scores with at least 45 percent and UPSEE valid scores
  • The M.Pharm course in RKGIT needs a B.Pharm completion certificate from any well-known institute.
  • Lastly, for the MBA program, they offer subjects choices like Finance, International Business, International Technology, Marketing, HRM, and Operations. Candidates should finish their Bachelor's program in business administration from a good University.

Application Process for B-Tech/ M-Tech, B.Pharm/M.Pharm and MBA programs in RKGIT:

  • The candidates will have to apply for the admission process of RKGIT by visiting the college's official website that is available only online.
  • The candidates will have to take up their UPSEE exam. Once the exam results are announced, the selected candidates will be called for the counseling process and then allow for the final admissions to this institute on the counseling process's merit basis.
  • As to the Admission process, 85% of the seat allocation is given for students who have scored in UPSEE, and the rest is for the management quota. 
  • For the M-Tech course, the candidates must apply through an online application form at GOAPS. The selection is made based on GATE scores for taking up both master's level programs on a merit basis as decided by the counseling process.
  • The MBA course in RKGIT must clear any management entrance exam whose scores are qualified as CMAT, CAT, MAT, GMAT, etc.

The division of seats is 85% for participating in the counseling process, and 15% of candidates are for management quota.
