KIT College B.Tech Admission

KIT College of Engineering provides B. Tech degrees in nine different areas. The annual intake capacity for each varies. KITCE provides admission to the B Tech as per the norms prescribed by DTE, Maharashtra.

KIT College B Tech Eligibility/Selection Criteria

• Candidates interested in the B.Tech. program at KITCE must have completed a 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Biology, with a minimum of 50% in the aggregate.
• Candidates will be chosen for the KITCE B.Tech program based on a legitimate MHT CET or JEE Main score, followed by a counselling process. (Centralized admission procedure)
• Candidates from Maharashtra must take the MHT CET to be considered for admission to KITCE.
• Admission is granted to candidates at KITCE from other states based on their MHT CET and JEE Main scores.
• Candidates who wish to apply through CAP must register online through the DTE website. Candidates are required to register based on MHT CET/JEE Main valid rank.
• During the option entry round, aspiring candidates need to choose KIT College as their preference. If candidates merit rank is equivalent to the KIT College's B Tech off norms, they can secure admission seats.
• Later, the seat allotment takes place. Then, allotted candidates have to report by carrying all the original documents to the campus.

In case of students wish to apply for Provisional admission in KIT College, follow the mentioned steps below:

• Visit the official website of the KIT college
• Then, click on the link states "Provisional admission" on the popup window
• The page will be redirected to the admission page.
• You have to download the KITCE application form for provisional admission.
• Fill the form with all the appropriate information.
• Then, you must make the payment of INR 5000/- in advance. The mode of payment is online or offline.

KITCE B.Tech Cut-off

KIT College M.Tech Admission

At the postgraduate level, the KIT college offers M. Tech. in six specializations.

• Admission to KITCE M.Tech program will be granted based on a verified GATE score.
• Candidates will be considered for admission at KITCE if they have a relevant BE / B.Tech degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% in the relevant discipline.

KIT College  Application Process

KIT College conducts offline application procedures. However, students who wish to apply through CAP must register themselves online through the DTE Maharashtra Website. Before that, students must attend the MHT CET, JEE Main or GATE as per the course requirement. Based on the results, candidates can apply for KIT college if they satisfy all the eligibility & cut off norms.

• Visit KITCE's official website and go to the Menu bar.
• After clicking on the menu bar, go to the admission option.
• A new page containing admission information will open.
• Scroll down and look for the course you want to apply for.
• After you find your course, check the eligibility provided.
• After going through the eligibility criteria details, click on the admission form link that has been provided.
• Take a printout of it and fill it in accordingly and accurately.
• Attach all the necessary documents and submit them to the institute.
