The candidate should have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually and must have obtained at least 50 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together in the qualifying exam. i.e., 10 + 2 /HSC or equivalent.
King Georges Medical University Admission process is carried on manually by collecting application form from the admissions office or online via the official website of KMGC. KMGC application fee is approx. INR 1500. The eligibility criteria include the candidate to be of 17 years of age and should have passed their HSE in science stream having secured a min. of 50% average marks. Also, the candidate is required to appear for the NEET-UG entrance exam and secure at least 50th percentile for UR category or at least 40th percentile for reserved category to be considered for the All India counseling. Direct admissions seekers need not necessarily qualify the NEET-UG.
Aspirants seeking to get admission into UG courses like BDS, MBBS must appear for National eligibility cum entrance test (NEET), which is all India level entrance exams. Mode of application and examination of NEET is online. Candidates can fill the online application form in the month of February and the exam will be conducted mostly in the month of May. In addition to this basic eligibility required for admission is that, student must have passed 12th with Physics, chemistry, biology and English as the compulsory subject from a recognised board. Fees structure for courses is feasible and worth to pay.
