Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Una is a public Institute known as the Institute of National Importance; it was started in 2015 by MHRD. The Institute has been offering Engineering courses at the undergraduate level.

The B.Tech course offered by the Institute is for a duration of four years and is having three specializations available for the students to choose their desired specialization. IIIT, Una is having an intake of 40 students in Information Technology and 60 students each in Electronics & Communication Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering.

IIIT Una is offering Engineering courses at the undergraduate level for four years of duration with eight semesters. The Institute is three specializations with 60 students in Information Technology and 60 students each in Electronics & Communication Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering.

The students' basic eligibility to apply for the B.Tech course is 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics subjects with at least 75% marks from any of the well-recognized board. The students must have a valid score in the JEE Main exam to qualify for the admission process.

The University finalizes the Admission to B.Tech course based on JoSAA counseling conducted based on the marks obtained in JEE Main exam.

Key Points:

• 10+2 or equivalent examinations held in 2016 or 2018, or 2019 are eligible for the JEE Main exam.
• Students with a minimum of 75% marks in 10+2 or the Top 20 Percentile in respective board exam are eligible for JEE Main exam.
• The JoSAA allows the students with three attempts for JEE Main, which is a national-level exam.

The application form can be filled and submitted to the Institute either through post or in person. The Application fee as prescribed by the Institute has to be paid through DD.
