Hi-Tech Institute of Engineering & Technology Admission

In 2004, at a prominent place in UP called Ghaziabad, one private engineering institute called the Hi-Tech Institute of Engineering and Technology (HIET) came into existence. This institute is AICTE certified and is in affiliation with CCSU of Meerut. The courses offered in HIET are mainly engineering programs, namely B-Tech and M-Tech. The other non-engineering courses offered in this institute are BBA, and BCA at the undergrad and post-grad levels, MBA, and MCA programs, respectively. The institute offers various courses in different fields to ensure that the institute is familiar with all educational training fields. This institute also assures that once the training course period ends, all the students are prepared to face the real corporate world and absorb their work culture. 

They tend to provide average to highest paying companies as recruiters so that the candidates can get into the working field right after their education. For some students, the institute will also provide scholarship opportunities for those who have scored on merit in the previous qualifying exam. It is also available for those who can't afford the institute's fee structure, have low income, or are reserved under SC/ST.

• Candidates applying for the B-Tech course in HIET have five subject options: E & EC, CS, Mechanical and Civil engineering.
• The basic eligibility criteria required by the institute are—a passing marks certificate of at least 45% in their board exams and the UPSEE scorecard with good cut-off marks as decided by HIET.
• UPSEE exam is a state-level exam of UP, and all the state's educational institutes highly consider the scores of this exam. Apart from the UPSEE exam, even the JEE Main exam scores will also be valid while providing the admissions in HIET.
• For other UG courses like BBA and BCA, the admissions are given purely based on the merit marks secured by the students in their relevant board exams. 
• For M-Tech admissions in HIET, they offer core specializations in similar subjects as of B-Tech.
• The eligibility criteria are getting at least minimum passing marks in board exams, in Degree (B-Tech), and securing valuable marks in the GATE examination.
• Courses like MBA require passing marks or CGPA in their BBA (50%) and some valid scores in the competitive exams related to management studies like—CAT, CMAT, XAT, GMAT, and MAT.    

Application/ Admission process of HIET  

Students interested in joining any UG or PG courses in HIET can fill in the online admission or application form. The website will provide a prospectus or a course brochure in PDF format. This includes all the details of all the courses provided by the institute. The candidates can download the form and submit it by post or in person by visiting the college. They must also pay the application fee to ensure their registration is valid and get the confirmation mail.
