GCE Chandrapur B.E Admission
The Government College of Engineering in Chandrapur offers a Bachelor of Engineering degree with six specializations. Candidates for the BE degree must have received a 50 percent grade in HSC Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized board.
- Candidates from Maharashtra must take the MHT-CET to be considered for admission. Admission and taking the MHT-CET have no age restrictions.
- The MHT-CET comprises two papers: Mathematics Paper 1 and Chemistry and Physics Paper 2. Each paper is worth 100 points.
- Candidates from states other than Maharashtra must have a valid JEE Main score to be considered.
- Candidates wishing to run for Maharashtra State Candidature must take the MHT-CET.
- PWD seats are only available if the degree of disability is greater than 40% and the handicap is permanent.
- SC/ST candidates are given a 5% exemption in the eligibility requirements.

GEC Chandrapur Admission Process
Candidates should apply online at DTE Maharashtra's official website.
- Candidates who have already registered for the MHT-CET do not have to pay a registration fee to be considered for admission.
- Those who have not yet registered for the MHT-CET must pay the application fee using a credit card, debit card, or net banking.
- Candidates from Maharashtra and other states must pay an application fee of INR 800. The application cost for reserved category students is INR 600.
- Under no circumstances is this fee refundable or transferable.
- The application form will be rejected if it is incomplete, and the application form will be refused if it is sent by mail or courier.
