Chettinad University, also known as Chettinad Academy of Research and Education (CARE), was established in 2005 to provide affordable medical education to students from diverse backgrounds. It provides undergraduate and postgraduate levels in medical streams as well as super-specialities. The university's medical programs are recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)

Chettinad University MBBS Admission

Among the Chettinad University UG courses, the full-time 5 years long MBBS is among the most sought-after ones. This program comprises 4 and a half years of education and a year of internship at a prestigious institute. Admission to this program requires passing the class 12th exam with at least 50% aggregate marks, especially in Biology, Zoology, Botany, Chemistry, Physics, and English.

Chettinad University B Arch Admission

University's component institute, Chettinad Architecture College, offers the B Arch program is a full-time 4 years long course open to all those students who took the entrance exams like NATA/ JEE MAINS Paper 2/ Chettinad University Entrance Exam/Aptitude Test (CUEAT). Based on these exam scores, students will be admitted into this program.

However, to be eligible for admissions, applicants must ensure that they pass their class 10+2 examinations with at least 45% aggregate marks and take up relevant subjects like mathematics and physics. There will be a 5% mark relaxation for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD) applicants.

Chettinad University Law Admission

The full-time LLB program is another UG course that requires high competency for admissions. This program is offered along with other UG courses, making it a 5 year integrated degree.

The university accepts only those students for this program who have taken the CLAT UG or Chettinad University Aptitude Test. Chettinad University B Pharm Admission

Admission to the full-time 3-year B. Pharm program is based solely on merit from the previous qualifying examination. Chettinad University M.Ch Admission

The Master's in Chirurgiae is a 2-year long full-time course offered by the Chettinad University Medical Research and Studies College.

Admission to the M. Ch program requires applicants to pass their PG medical degree exams from a university recognized by the Medical Council of India. Moreover, they must mandatorily take the NEET-SS Entrance Exam and participate in the follow-up personal interviews.

Chettinad University P.BB.Sc Admission

The Post Basic B. Sc Nursing course is also known as P. BB. Sc, and it teaches higher-level nursing-based studies in depth to students. This 2-year UG course is available for those students who have already completed their B. Sc Nursing from a recognized university with more than passing marks. Admissions will be based on the applicant's merit from these qualifying exams, and in certain cases, the university may also interview the shortlisted students.

Chettinad University PhD

The Ph. D. courses at Chettinad University are approved by AICTE and UGC because of their verified syllabi and the quality of the thesis produced by students pursuing a doctorate from the university. So far, Chettinad University offers full-time Ph. D in Pharmacy.

However, working professionals can also take up part-time PhD programs with a similar admission criterion to full-time ones.   4. Lastly, pay the application fee via any online channel such as net banking, UPI, etc. The form cannot be submitted without the confirmation of fee payment.

Students must remember that furnishing any false information might get their applications rejected by the university, followed by a complete ban from applying for any programs in the future. Also, the application fees will be non-refundable under all circumstances and must be paid within the deadline, as the application form will not open again.
