• The College of AIET offers a B. Tech program for four academic years with an annual intake of 480 students to the entire course. 
• The Institute provides admission to the candidates who have scored 50% marks in the qualifying examination of 10+2 with PCM as main subjects from recognized boards. 
• The selection process for the B. Tech course at AIET will be through AP EAMCET entrance exam scores. 
• The College will offer 70% of the total seats provided by the Institute to the students applying through AP EAMCET, and the College will provide the rest 30% to students applying through Management.  
• First preferences for the seats offers are for the students of AP & Telangana state.
• After the entrance exam, candidates will also have to go through an EAMCET counselling session.

• The Institute of AIET provides an M. Tech course for two academic years with an annual intake of 18 students per course.
• The candidates who hold a B. Tech degree with 50% marks can apply for the M. Tech course offers by the Institute.
• The Institute will provide the Admission for the M. Tech program based on AP PGECET or GATE followed by counselling sessions.
• The College will provide the final selection for the M. Tech course through marks scores in the previous examination, entrance exam scores and counselling performance.
• The candidates who are GATE qualified do not require to take the AP PGECET entrance test.
