Xavier School of Management Executive PGDM admission Procedure

Xavier School of Management (XLRI) announced that XLRI will accept Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores apart from the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) and Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) scores for its Executive PGDM (General) programme this year onwards. In order to take admission, students must hold a recognized bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration with at least five years of managerial or supervisory experience by March 31, 2021.

The preliminary aim of the Executive PGDM (GENERAL) is to enhance the skill-sets and capability of practicing managers and to accelerate the career paths. The program incorporates Core and Optional/Elective courses specially designed for fast track executives with work experience. The programme includes a 3-month field-based training in a functional area.

Fr. P. Christie S.J., Director of Xavier School of Management said “XLRI has evolved a fifteen-month consolidated program in general management with the objectives of providing the practicing managers a substantial display to theoretical foundations in management as well as to provide them a holistic perspective of business.” Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, has begun registration for XAT 2021 exams. Candidates willing should register through their official website via online up to November 30. The entrance test will be held on January 3.

XLRI-Xavier School of Management, earlier known as Xavier Labour Relations Institute, is a private management institute in Jamshedpur. It has been ranked among the top 30 global business schools in Positive Impact Rating 2020 along with IIM Bangalore.
