MP BE counselling registration started on 27 May 2025 by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh. Candidates who are aspiring to take admission in the BE/B Tech courses in Top Engineering Colleges in Madhya Pradesh, must participate in counselling. It is a centralized Online admission process. Candidates who have appeared in JEE Main 2025 and fulfil eligibility criteria can register for the counselling process online on the official website. The mode of the counselling process is online. BE admission takes place through multiple rounds.
This counselling is a state-level that will provide admission to engineering courses in Government, Autonomous, Aided, Self-Financing and Private colleges spread all over Madhya Pradesh.

Round 2 is the second stage of the DTE MP counselling process 2025 for BE/B.Tech admissions through 12th marks. This round is specifically for students who aren't interested in the admission process through JEE Main OR, specifically for students who want to gain admission based solely on the Class 12th marks, based on Physics, Chemistry/Maths marks in Class 12th.

College-level counselling (CLC) is the last stage of the DTE MP admissions process, where engineering colleges fill up the remaining seats directly under the guidance of the respective authority.
The CLC round takes place after the conclusion of Round 1 MP DTE Counselling 2025 (Based on JEE Main) and Round 2 Counselling (Based on 12th Marks). Even after these two rounds, some seats remain vacant due to candidates not reporting to colleges, withdrawal from their admission or cancellation of seats.
During college-level counselling, students submit applications directly to colleges instead of through the DTE portal.

DTE MP Counselling is a centralized online admission procedure undertaken by the Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh. It is a centralized online admission process for engineering colleges in Madhya Pradesh through JEE Main or Class 12th marks.
