The Amrita School of Business (ASB) is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. ABS Coimbatore component of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and was founded in 1996. ABS is one of the Top Private B Schools in India and came into existence in 1996. NAAC has given this institution an 'A' rating. ABS Coimbatore ranked 11^th among Top B Schools in India and earned the AACSB Global Accreditation. Students at ABS get an opportunity to study abroad and do internships through collaborations. The University of California, the State University of New York, and Oxford University are just a few famous universities with whom Amrita University has signed MOUs.

• ABS Coimbatore offers two-year flagship MBA course in streams like finance, HR, Operation, Marketing, Finance, Information systems.
• Graduation with a minimum grade point average of 50% is the eligibility for MBA at ASB.
• Candidates must have a valid score on the CMAT/ MAT/ CAT/ XAT or GMAT/ GRE National Level Entrance Examinations.
• Admission to MBA in ASB Coimbatore will be given based on a composite academic score, an entrance exam score, an interview, and job experience.
• Furthermore, candidates must satisfy the Amrita B School Coimbatore MBA Cut off norms, as specified by the admission authority.
• During the final selection process to ASB, the candidate's total academic performance, admission exam score, interview performance, communication skills, and other factors will be considered (both verbal & written, subject knowledge and overall personality)
• The candidate must have an IELTS score of 6.5 with a 6 in each category, a PTE score of 55 with a 50 in each category, or an IBT-TOEFL score of 79 if students seek admission through these entrance tests.
• The annual intake for MBA in ABS is 100 seats,  Out of which 85 seats are designated for Indian students, and 15 seats are reserved for NRI students.
• Seats are divided into SC/ ST and backward classes. Reservations are made by UGC and university policies, which adhere to government guidelines.
• ASB Coimbatore application form can be found on the official website, i.e., online. Whereas application fees for MBA cost INR 1000.
• Once the admission fee is made, candidates can receive their final admission. Candidates must report to the designated institute for seat assignment.

• The cut-off list for each category and specialisation is published individually.
• Before the CAT results are announced, the university will publish the Amrita B School qualifying CAT cut-off list.
• The CAT sectional and overall cut-offs are included in the qualifying cut-off.
• For SC, the qualifying CAT exam cut-off has been set. The cut-off for OBC/General in the CAT exam is quite high.
• Following the announcement of the CAT results, the final cut-off will be released.
