MBA admission at KS Institute of Technology is based on Karnataka PGCET, KMAT, MAT, CAT, CMAT, or ATMA scores. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate marks. Applications are generally accepted until the commencement of Karnataka counselling rounds.

There is no management program at KSIT. The institute offers only B-Tech and M-Tech programs in its curriculum.
