The B-Tech admissions at GCET are based on JEE main or UPCET cutoff scores. The Galgotias Engineering College cutoff for the ECE stream in the B-Tech program is 390687.

Galgotias College accepts students who have completed their academic qualification of 10+2 board exams in the science stream with 45% marks, entrance exam scores and counselling rounds. The accepted entrance exams/ counselling rounds are JEE Main or UPTAC, accordingly.
