Shadan Institute of Medical Sciences Hyderabad Courses offered and fees

SIMS offers MBBS at the undergraduate level and MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses at the postgraduate level. MCI approves the course curriculum of all the programs. The college offers a variety of academic programs, and admission is based on national entrance examinations. Students can apply both offline and online.

The MBBS is the most common medical program. It is for 5.5 years. Students must also complete an internship for 1 year. The college is attached to a 700-bed multi-specialty hospital, which provides excellent clinical exposure to students. Applicants must have passed the 10+2/HSC exam or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English from a recognized board in India. They should have scored at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible for MBBS admission. The Shadan Institute of Medical Sciences cut-off for MBBS will range between 210 and 220.

Under PG programs, the institute will offer MD, MS, and PG Diplomas. The course duration will be 2 years. The courses are available in relevant specializations. To be eligible for admissions, it is necessary for the students who have completed their MBBS program. Selections will be based on NEET PG entrance exam scores.

• Applications at SIMS are invited in the online and offline modes for any of its courses.
• For MBBS admissions, applicants must have 10+2 with 50% marks in PCMB subjects from a recognized University. Selections will be based on NEET UG scores.
• The shortlisted candidates will be called for counseling rounds, and then college will be allotted.
• If the students are not satisfied with the college, they can apply for the second round of counseling.  
• Candidates applying for MD, MS, and PG Diplomas should have passed MBBS with 50% marks from a recognized university to be considered eligible for admission, followed by a valid score obtained in NEET PG.
• The PG Diploma is awarded on the basis of merit obtained in the qualifying exam and applied using the Shadan Institute of Medical Sciences Website.
• The application fee for the A category is 1100, and for the B category, is INR 2600.
