The institute has established a separate location and training in soft skills and has been called a placement cell. The cell will be equipped with a full-time recruiting officer who will have the necessary support to help students meet the needs of the labour market. The Sindhi Institute of Management has established a working relationship with the main companies in the country in terms of internships and placements.

Placement Cell is constantly working to attract different companies from different industries for the recruitment process in the campus, providing students with a platform to choose the right career based on their knowledge and technical skills. The training is carried out during 4 semesters in the field of 120 hours with 30 hours per semester.
