Parisutham Institute of Technology and Science also familiar as PITS, Thanjavur which was formed in the year 2008 located in Tamil Nadu State. The PITS is approved under AICTE and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai .The PITS Campus is spread over 50 acres and surrounded by lust green and well-structured infrastructure in terms of amenities and academic atmosphere. The main vision of the institute is to offer skill & practical based education and endeavors for the betterment of candidate’s community. PITS institute has dedicated & well-qualified faculty members who nurture the students through prominent teaching and train the candidates by implementing advance teaching procedures. 

• PITS offers UG Course BE/B Tech in Civil, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics and Aeronautical engineering
• PITS offer PG Course ME/M Tech in Communication Systems, Power Systems and Computer Science Engineering for two years of duration
• PITS Admission criteria will be done as per the rules & regulations of Anna University and Tamil Nadu State Government. Candidates who are qualified in 10+2 Exam with minimum aggregate marks must appear for TNEA counseling to get eligible for admission.
• Admissions for ME/M Tech will be done through TANCET Valid Score and candidates must be graduated in bachelor’s degree BE/B Tech
• PITS fee structure for BE/B Tech is 3.96 Lakhs and total intake is 60 students for each branch and fees structure for ME/M Tech is INR 1.70 Lakhs and total intake is 18 Students for each branch.

PITS Placement Cell arranges industry oriented activities to enhance personality & leadership qualities among candidates and arranges campus interviews by inviting renowned companies to college and motivates the candidates to enhance interpersonal skills through career guidance and conduct industry visits, Group Discussions and Seminars to improve employability skills
