Marudhar Engineering College

Marudhar Engineering College (MEC), Bikaner, is a private college formed under the supports of the Marudhar Education Society in the academic year 2003 as one of the self-financing technological colleges in the region. MEC acts as a platform for students to convert their knowledge into practice and the advancement of their communicational and technical skills and some leadership abilities. The college provides engineering programs at UG and PG level with AICTE approval and RTU affiliation, namely B.Tech and M.Tech.

The Specializations offered under B. Tech programs are Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. And Specializations offered under the M.Tech program are Digital Communication, Production Engineering, Computer Science, and Power System.

• MEC, Bikaner Fee Structure for B.Tech and M.Tech program is INR 77000/- to be paid every year and INR 7500/- as Caution Money, INR 2500/- as RTU Development Fee and INR 55/- as alumni fee to be paid at the time of admission only.
• MEC, Bikaner Admission to B.Tech program will be based on JEE Main or REAP, and 70% of the seats are reserved for Rajasthan students through an entrance exam, 15% seats reserved for non-Rajasthan students through an entrance exam, and other 15% reserved for MEC, Bikaner management quota admissions.
• MEC, Bikaner Admission to M.Tech program is based on GATE exam and a CAM counseling that RTU organizes.
• MEC, Bikaner Placement of 43 students was done in Airfone Technologies Pvt. Ltd., 30 students by Image InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. And 16 students Marudhar Engineering College, Ocean Ship Maritime Service, and Indian Army each.

MEC, Bikaner Hostel accommodation is provided for the students on the college campus. The MEC, Bikaner Hostel fee for Boys single sleeper is INR 55000/- p.a., girls single sleeper is INR 60000/- p.a. and girls double sleeper is INR 55000/- p.a. and INR 7000/- has to be paid as Hostel security which will be refundable.
