Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital was started in 2005 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and it is the first private institute in a medical field located in Odisha & Eastern India. It is affiliated with Utkal University and approved by the Medical Council of India. It is one of the self-financing medical institutes in the Bhubaneswar location. The hospital campus area is 42 acres.

• In HMCH, the UG MBBS course fee structure is around INR 11.00L for a year with a duration of 4 years six months plus a one-year internship. Admission to the MBBS program is generally through the marks secured in the national level entrance exam, i.e., NEET UG score-based. MD/MS course admission in HMCH institute is strictly based on the marks obtained in the NEET PG exam. Scholarship facilities are given to deserving students every year.
• The application form fee of HMCH for general category candidates is INR 1400, and for the reserved category candidates, the form fee is INR 750.
• Institute provides a central library facility with nearly 7400 books, 150 journals, and 500 titles. Facilities like CAS, Newspaper service, AV services, internet facility, and SDI services are provided.
• Course-wise, the hostel facilities are provided separately for girls and boys with the best facilities to make them feel at home.
