E-Max Business institute Ambala was founded in 2008. The school is accredited by AICTE and is affiliated with Kurukshetra University. It is an independent university for the benefit of the administration, the staff's performance, and the faculty's development and is administered by a governor’s board. It is an integral part of the E-max Group of Institutions administered and operated by the Asa Ram Aggarwal Research and Education Society.
