The Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS) is among the major government-run medical institutions in Karnataka. It receives thousands of applications from NEET candidates applying for admission into MBBS every year. The process for accepting applicants for MBBS is through the NEET UG exam, and accepting postgraduates through the NEET PG rank, followed by counselling.
Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences Cutoff is annually evaluated based on multiple factors such as: how difficult the NEET was that year, how many students have appeared for the exam, how the evaluations use reservation policies, what percent of students participate in counselling, and how many seats are available at MIMS at the time of counselling.
Any candidate who has a higher NEET score will have a much better chance of being placed into an available seat during early cycles of counselling as opposed to a candidate with a lower NEET score.
The Mandya Medical College NEET UG Cutoff 2026 is expected to be high. It is because of the rising demand for seats in government medical colleges. For the general category it is expected to be around 18,195. Mandya medical college neet ug cutoff for obc is expected to be around 21,380.
