Vidyasagar University Distance Learning Admission

Vidyasagar University was established in the year 1981 under Vidyasagar University Ac 1981 in the memory of great educationist and Bengal social worker Pandit Iswar Chandra Bandyopadhyay who was also known as Vidyasagar. The University was recognized by UGC in 1990 under 12 B. The University follows a Motto that is Education, knowledge Progress which embodies the mission to deliver solution to the requirements of ethnic, region, geographical and socio cultural education.

Application Process:

The candidates wanting to get admission to Vidyasagar University for Distance Education have to get admission form from the University’s official website.

• The candidates have to download and get a print out of the application form from the official website.
• The application form has to be filled with the necessary and accurate details with the desired course and study centre.
• The application form processing fee has to be paid through DD or Cash in the UCO Bank of Vidyasagar University Branch.
• The DD has to be made in the name of ‘Directorate of Distance Education Vidyasagar University which is payable only at Midnapore.
• The application form has to be submitted with all the attested mandatory documents.
• The applicant has to visit the University with the original documents and fee receipt for admission.
• The applicant’s admission will be confirmed only after the verification process of the original documents.
