Brainware Business School, Kolkata is a private institute that was begun in the year 1990 with accreditation of DEB and recognition of UGC. The institute is offering management course at UG and PG level. The basic eligibility for UG course is 10+2 in any stream from recognized board and for PG course is bachelor’s degree from any recognized University.

BBS offers both the PGDM as well as the MBA. Brainware Business School Admission requires the candidate to have completed their 12th in any stream from a recognized university, the course has to be at least 3 years’ duration by securing a min of 50% (or 45% for SC/ST candidates) average marks. The candidates are also required to take the CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/ WB JEMAT/ CMAT entrance tests and obtain a valid score. Based upon their scores, the candidates are invited for a group discussion followed by a personal interview with the PI panel of the college. Candidates who perform well are generally selected.
