SBS offers an MBA program with an intake of 300 students. Sinhgad College MBA Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission to the MBA program at Sinhgad Business School, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualification: The candidates should hold a UG degree from a recognized university.

Minimum Percentage: The candidate should have obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate in their undergraduate degree. However, a relaxation is provided for candidates belonging to specific categories: Candidates from backward class categories, economically weaker sections, and Persons With Disabilities (PWD) who belong to Maharashtra State should have at least 45% marks in their undergraduate degree.

Entrance Exam Score: Candidates are required to have a valid score in one of the following entrance exams:

  • MAH-MBA/MMS-CET: The Maharashtra MBA/MMS Common Entrance Test.
  • CAT: The Common Admission Test.
  • CMAT: The Common Management Admission Test.

 

How to Apply for  Sinhgad Business School?

Every year, in July or August, the SBS opens its admissions process for MBA candidates and concludes it two to three months later. Candidates must be well-versed in the MBA admissions procedure and know how to apply.

There are four steps in the application process for the Sinhgad College MBA admission.

 

Step 1: Fill out the Online application form. Candidates interested in admission should sign up during the designated registration window and apply for the MBA.

Step 2: The selection procedure: Students will select the qualified applicants for the final admission round based on the exam results, academic performance, diversity, work experience, and other factors as determined by i B-school's admission policy and weightings.

Step 3: Completed Admission Procedure- Round GD-PI-WAT: All shortlisted candidates must attend the Group Discussion (GD), Written Ability Test (WAT), and Personal Interview (PI). SBS Studies will compile a final merit list and make admission offers based on the candidates' performance in the final selection stage and the weightage given to entrance scores, academic profile & diversity, work experience, and gender diversity.
