The institution is very well known for graduation and post-graduation courses in engineering. I have just completed B.Tech in electrical engineering from this college with the expenditure of 4.1 Lakhs. I got admission in this college on the basis of entrance exam score. I appeared for JEE-MAINS after my 12th and on the basis of that I got admission. 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with physics and maths are also compulsory. For B.Tech student can also appear for MHT-CET. College have 85% Maharashtra state seats and only 15% all India seat. For admission good score is very important as college gives more preference to those students with good score in entrance examination.
Through CET cut-off marks which I had got I applied for CAP at DTE. In the centralized admission process I got selected for B.E admission in Sinhgad Institute of Technology. Taking part in counselling is a must to get college admission according to the entrance exam marks. So after the seat is been allotted to us in the counselling we get the confirmation of the admission from the institute once we visit the institute and complete the admission fee and course fee for the following year. This is all about the admission process through which I took admission in Sinhgad Institute of Technology.
