Sahyadri Valley College of Engineering & Technology was established in the year 2011 under Maharia Charitable Trust. NAAC Accredits SVCET with 'B' Grade. In 2015, SVCET received an award for Best Emerging Engineering college in Rural Maharashtra. This institution came into existence with the vision to impart quality technical education in remote areas. SVCET offers UG & PG degrees along with Diploma courses in the engineering stream. It offers AICTE approved programs. To accomplish successful training, SVCET has a team of well-qualified teaching staff. It integrates research, international exposure, and industry exposure to provide comprehensive engineering programs.

  • SVCET offers B Tech at the UG level in four specializations. The total intake for B Tech is 60 seats per branch. But the information for the Mechanical extension is 120 seats.
  • B Tech specializations offered by SVCET are Civil, CSE, ETE, and Mechanical.
  • Students who have passed in the 12th science stream can apply for B Tech admission at Sahyadri Valley College. Students must have obtained at least 45% in PCM Subjects.
  • The selection of the students for B Tech admissions depends on MHT CET Rank. Students have to register separately for MHT CET to take up an exam. Students who have obtained a good rank in JEE Main Exam can also apply.
  • If students seek admission under CAP, they have to register for counseling based on their MHT CET rank.
  • In the counseling phase, one must choose the preferences of college & courses. According to that, seat allocation takes place. 
  • SVCET offers M Tech at the PG level. The course is available in two branches, namely ETE and Mechanical. The annual intake is 24 seats.
  • Any B Tech graduates with a minimum of 50% average marks can apply for M Tech admission at Sahyadri Valley College.
  • The final selection of the students will be made through the GATE score. Students have to register online to appear for a GATE exam.
  • SVCET offers a three-year Diploma in two streams. Students with a minimum of 35% marks at the 10th level can get admission at SVCET. Sixty seats are available for the Diploma course in SVCET.
  • Application forms of SVCET can be filled offline. Students have to visit the campus to collect the application forms. Fill in the details, attach documents and submit them.
